Shri Achuthan Siddharth is a Commerce and Law graduate from the Mumbai University, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was associated with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells for over 4 decades and served as Partner for 33 years. He has vast and varied experience in the field of Audit of domestic as well as multinational companies in sectors such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Technology and Non-Banking Financial Services.
Shri Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj

Shri Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj has more than thirty five years of experience of working in various wings of the Government of India. He has held important posts like Chief Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, Mumbai and Vadodara, and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence. He retired as the Member, Central Board of Indirect Taxes, the apex body administering GST, Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax laws. He has vast experience of tax policy planning, budget making and administration in the Revenue Department. He underwent training at Harvard University, USA, in Fiscal Policy and Value Added Taxes. He takes keen interest in matters related to tax reforms, ease of doing business and conflict avoidance.

Smt. Savithri Parekh is B.Com., LL.B. and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. She has 28 years of rich and varied experience in the fields of legal and secretarial. Prior to joining Reliance Group, she was Sr. Vice President, Legal & Company Secretary, of Pidilite Industries Limited for 9 years. She has been a guest faculty at IIM Kolkata for over 10 years and has also authored three books on the Companies Act, 2013 and on Listing Regulations.

Shri Balkrishan Sharma holds B. Tech in Textiles from Technological Institute of Textiles and Sciences, Bhiwani and Post Graduate Diploma in Management. In his 30 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in bringing value to various functions and has been contributing significantly to overall business growth. He has worked with reputed organizations like Ginni Filament, SEL Group, Spentex Tashkent Toytepa, and Vardhman Textiles. Prior to joining us, he was associated with RSWM limited as Business Head and Chief Executive – Yarn Business.

Shri Ajay Songara is a Chartered Accountant with more than eighteen Years of experience within Reliance Group. Before Joining Sintex as Head FC&A in April 23, he was acting as Head FC&A -Polyester Business of Reliance Industries. He has played pivotal role in bringing financial governance in Sintex and integration of Sintex process and policies with Reliance Industries.
