Under the brand name of BVM, our textile division is a profitable and high-margin segment. With the tag of the largest producer of corduroy and structured fabric in India, we specialise in distinctive products, catering to the upper segment of fashion industry.
Our state-of-the-art composite mill at Kalol in Gujarat is the only organised corduroy mill in India that is into continuous fabric processing. We create unique fabrics with new designs (nearly 36,000 per annum) and finishes that cannot be duplicated. We are equipped to deliver designs with variety of weaving including Dobby, Jacquard and double beam etc.

Our alliances with various European design houses and a UK based textile marketing company helps us to stand apart. We provide fabrics to reputed brands like Arrow and Van Heusen. Internationally, we indirectly sell fabrics to global retail majors like Armani, Hugo Boss, Diesel, Burberry, DKNY, S.Oliver, Zara, Mexx, Meggimo Dotti, Banana Republic etc

With our niche market positioning, we focus on high-end structured dyed yarn fabrics and provide fibre to fabric facilities.
Our textile division can be segregated into:
• High end men’s structured shirting fabrics
• Yarn-dyed corduroy and ultima cotton yarn based corduroy.

| At Sintex, quality control commences from raw material procurement. We use eco-friendly dyes and chemicals that are sourced from reputed companies. Our fully computerised quality-control laboratory checks everything from fibre to fabric to chemicals, dyes and auxiliaries. |
